Kula Kids Yoga with Katie will take place from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays at the Happehatchee Center, in Estero. Children between 5 and 12-years old can learn yoga, meditation and mindfulness.

The class is structured to share breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as stretching and strengthening poses, in a fun way through music, dancing, games and imagination. The teacher’s music will get children singing, dancing, skipping, shaking and laughing, all while practicing yoga.
