Classes and Movie Screening at Wellbridges Health Center
Wellbridges Health Center, in Bonita Springs, is conducting Cleaning Up the Holidays and Starting the New Year Healthy, a series of classes held in four weekly sessions beginning at 6:30 p.m., January 17, and at 10 a.m., January 21. Participants can choose which date and time best suits their schedules for this class, which teaches them how to clean up both themselves and their environment. Topics include supplemental support, improving alertness, reducing belly fat and bloating, clearing the skin and helping participants wake up refreshed.
In addition, the center will host a free screening of Vaxxed: From Cover Up to Catastrophe, a movie presented by InnerEssence that features Dr. Andrew Wakefield and Del Bigtree, at 7 p.m., January 25. The film, which was removed from viewing by the Tribeca Film Festival, explores the vaccine debate and fraud accusations against the Centers for Disease Control, the measles mumps rubella vaccine controversy and the power of Big Pharma.
