Naples’ organic Purely You Spa will host a Love Yourself: Inside and Outside healthy lifestyle class from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., February 29, to discuss the importance of loving ourselves and how food choices impact the way we look and how we feel, encouraging attendees to make better choices for a healthy life.

“Aging occurs faster with stress, and by implementing stress relief habits daily, these effects will be prolonged,” says owner Jennifer Alvarez Linguidi. The class will also cover how to boost the immune system, look fabulous without botox, have a healthy 2016 and encourage a balanced quality of life.

Attendees will enjoy light hors d’oeuvres, organic fruit and antioxidant green tea. They will also receive a $50 gift certificate to Purely You Spa toward a facial, massage, body treatment, yoga/meditation or manicure/pedicure.
