"Sacred Sounds Singing Bowls Meditation"

Rev. Virginia Walsh will lead a Singing Bowls Meditation with Quartz Crystal Bowls and Tibetan Bowls, at 12 noon, Sunday, May 22nd. Therapeutic sounds have been used for meditation and wellbeing since ancient times. The sound vibrations of the Singing Bowls help harmonize and balance our entire energy field and our physical bodies, even resonating in the very cells of our bodies. This calming sound immersion helps us let go of mind chatter, and access higher levels of consciousness that allow the body's natural healing processes.

You can experience this healing sound immersion sitting in a chair or lying on the floor. You are welcome to bring a mat, pad or blanket and pillow for your comfort. The suggested offering for this hour-long special event is only $20. Please give more or less, as you are guided to give. Everyone is welcome whether or not you are able to donate the suggested amount.
