Many people suffer from feelings of anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of daily life. During this live-streamed, online half-day course, internationally-renowned meditation teacher, Kadam Lucy James, will explore meditation methods and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us to let go of our painful states of mind and deal with them more confidently and effectively.
Everybody is welcome – no need for any previous experience of meditation.
