Become Certified in a Breakthrough Stress-Reduction Program
Brett Cotter, founder of Stress Is Gone, is conducting a live, interactive, 30-hour program for Stress Is Gone certification from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays from February 15 through May 10 online via Zoom. He will guide participants step-by-step in mastering the method which empowers individuals to stop stress in seconds; release anxiety in minutes; heal trauma naturally; and halt negative thinking quickly. The core modality is certified by the American Institute of Stress and the company is accredited by the International Mindfulness & Meditation Alliance.
Cotter has 20 years of experience and certification by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress. An additional 18 hours of training includes attendance at live Stress Is Gone meditation classes and other related trainings. Certification includes lifetime access to the Stress Is Gone masterclass and three weekly meditation classes via Zoom. Those certified can pursue further training and certification to become a Stress Is Gone coach, meditation teacher and/or workshop facilitator.
