Dionne M. Fleming, a registered dietitian, licensed dietitian-nutritionist and certified personal trainer, is now practicing medical nutrition therapy at D-Signed Nutrition, in Bonita Springs. Working at the practice since 2018 as a health and wellness professional, she focuses on helping patients reach their wellness goals through personalized weight management programs, general nutrition counseling and health coaching for healthful living.

She holds a Master of Science degree in Nutrition, Healthspan and Longevity from the University of Southern California Leonard Davis School of Gerontology; is also credentialed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a weight-loss specialist, fitness nutrition specialist, senior fitness specialist and women’s fitness specialist. She is also a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Fleming has preciously held positions at exclusive wellness facilities such as Equinox, in Beverly Hills.
