Mercola Market & Café of Cape Coral, which opened in the spring, will host the new Mid-Cape Farmers’ Market from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Sunday, beginning on November 7, and its first-ever Mid-Cape Gobble Wobble 5K run event from 7 to 11 a.m. on Thanksgiving, November 25.

The timed run on Thanksgiving will begin at 7:30 a.m. Guests can donate non-perishable food items or pet food for the Cape Coral Caring Center and Cape Coral Animal Shelter, respectively, in exchange for raffle tickets. Runners and their families can enjoy post-run music, gift basket raffles and 10 percent off all Market and Café items, including coffee and pastries.

The store exclusively features natural health products for our health, home, pantry and pet. Also, the Café offers a complete selection of biodynamic coffee and espresso beverages, hot and iced teas, and a variety of baked goods and fresh, healthy wraps from local vendors, including gluten-free and vegan options.
