Michele Durham, MBA, a certified hypnotist, member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, and owner of Access Holistic Healing & Hypnosis, is offering the 7 Path Self Hypnosis program live online via Zoom from 9 a.m. to noon on June 6 and 11 through 13.

Participants will gain an introduction to hypnosis along with learn how the system―in which she is certified―works to empty negative and refill positive programming in the subconscious mind and how to self-induce the benefits. Questions can be answered both before and at the end of sessions, and the program includes a 72-page study guide workbook.
