Experience many ways to reduce stress and improve well-being at a free Spoonful Experiences Health Fair from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on April 19, inside and outside the Lotus Blossom Clinic, in Fort Myers. Attendees can get 20-minute samples of separate holistic practices offered at the clinic including music and sound healing, food as medicine, group acupuncture, Theta Healing, Emotional Freedom Technique, energy medicine, yoga and muscle tuning.  

Dr. David Martin, acupuncture physician and doctor of Oriental medicine; Deb Martin, holistic health educator; Vickie Gelardi, medicinal foods consultant; JaySun Wechs, qigong master and Theta Healer; Leena Mazid, reiki master; Kandy Taylor Love, yoga teacher and therapist; Jenny Hong, sound healer; Jenny Li Ciccone, Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner, and Heather Phillips, of Muscle Tuners International, will be among the many practitioners of the clinic that’ll provide services.

Attendees will learn, experience and find new perspectives and ideas in using ancient, modern, natural and holistic medicines and practices to create their best options for healthy living.
