From field to plate, the Founders Market & Bistro in Naples is a solarian gastropub where food quality and sustainability meet mouth-watering, highly curated and eclectic combination of foods and beverages in an atmosphere of casual fine dining. Graduates of the Culinary Institute of America, co-owner and Executive Chef Don Splain, and general manager Axel Rios, and their talented restaurant and beverage team, have created a menu filled with unique cuisine that uses only the best local ingredients and from around the world. “We talk to the farmers, the growers, and the ranchers. We want to know how the farmer is raising fruits, vegetables, and how a rancher grows their grass,” says Splain, who recommends making reservations.
