Sisters Gayle Damiano, an intuitive empowerment coach, and Christar Damiano, a massage therapist and life coach, will host a women’s empowerment retreat from February 28 through March 2, at a Mediterranean-style villa with private beach access in Sarasota.

The retreat includes four days and three nights in luxurious accommodations that include a heated pool, a hot tub and the services of a private chef that’ll prepare health-conscious meals. Activities will include transformative workshops, yoga, sound healing and live music.
