Laurie Barraco, of The Mystical Moon, is reviving monthly crystal moon meditations at both of her area locations. The one-hour events, which provide stress relief and help attendees unwind and recharge their batteries, are being held on the second Wednesday of each month in Bonita Springs and the fourth Wednesday in Fort Myers, both beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The Crystal Bowl Meditation is a sound vibrational experience that soothes the mind, body and spirit.
