Shamanic Practices for Death, Dying & the Afterlife, a workshop facilitated by Linda Fitch, will be held 6 to 9 p.m., October 23, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., October 24, and 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., October 25, in a private wooded setting in Naples. The program provides a total overview of shamanic death rites and classic psychopomp work, following ancient shamanic traditions.

The workshop, designed for personal growth or those that help others in terminal situations or have already passed, is particularly suited for hospice workers, clergy, medical professionals and light workers. Experiential and individual exercises will introduce participants to healing techniques and journeys to assist in letting go; ceremony and ritual for crossing and grief; a map to the afterlife; holding sacred space for someone crossing; out-of-body experiences; life reviews and more.
