Introduction to Yoga Therapy Principles, an experiential workshop led by Dr. Kausthub Desikachar, will take place from September 23 to 26 at the Center for Spiritual Living, in Cape Coral.

The son and student of TKV Desikachar and grandson of Krishnamacharya will be traveling from India to conduct the seminar that will include presentations, discussion and experiential practices of yoga therapy. The course will provide an overview of the yoga therapy process and its remarkable benefits as a valuable, non-invasive form of healing from mental or physical health issues. Medical yoga therapy doesn’t stop with just curing physical illness but extends holistic healing to those seeking relief from any problem—physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.
