Many healthful and healing topics will be covered in a series of presentations by the Naples School of Thought Consciousness at the Florida Coastal Professional Center this month. The showcase of experts is being coordinated by Barbara Cook & Associates.

The Science of Light Medicine will be presented twice, from 3 to 5 p.m., August 2 and 30. Hosted by Cook, a pioneer in the field, this presentation covers the biology of light and its positive effects on the body and mind. Other events include Steering Your Ship with the Tide, from 6 to 8 p.m., August 7; Pet Foods, led by Dr. Anja G. Kordon, founder of Animal Oasis, from 6 to 8 p.m., August 14; The Toxicity of Our Digital Environment, which also features Kordon, from 3 to 5 p.m., August 16; Bringing Heaven to Earth, from 6 to 8 p.m., August 21; Surviving and Thriving, from 3 to 5 p.m., August 23; and Thought Consciousness, from 6 to 8 p.m., August 28.
