Bruna Returns to Naples with Many Events
John (Chophel) Bruna, former Buddhist monk, co-founder of the Mindful Life Program and director of the Way off Compassion Foundation, travels extensively, teaching workshops and leading retreats. He will visit Naples for the fourth time this month, offering programs and individual sessions focused on bringing positive change and progress to people’s lives.
Bruna will teach Mindful Living: How to Transform Your Life with Attention and Intention, at 7 p.m., February 19, at the Anahata Holistic Healing and Spiritual Center, in Naples; and The Wisdom of Compassion, at 7 p.m., February 24, at Unity Church of Bonita Springs. He will share a meditation and dharma talk as part of his weekly LiveStream offering at 7:30 p.m., February 25, at Anahata.
The Mindful Life Program mindfulness course will be offered for the first time in Naples on February 21 and 22 at the Anahata Center. This program combines meditation training with practical, accessible and universal skills, integrating four key areas of mindfulness: concentration, wisdom, values and an open heart.
