Gyrontonic of Naples will host an Open House from 4 to 7 p.m., November 13, to celebrate their new location at 3415 Radio Road, unit 107. The event will showcase the new and expanded studio geared to fulfill many fitness needs and interests. Attendees will receive a complimentary Pilates session.

Gyrotonic of Naples provides all levels of Pilates training and instruction with Gyrotonic and other specialized equipment, plus anti-gravity yoga for enhanced core, stability and balance training from owner Patricia Wilborn, an accredited National Academy of Sports Medicine personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist and performance enhancement specialist, and four other certified instructors.
