The Fort Myers location is run by Rose Gaglio, Thompson’s fiancée, who grew up in the restaurant business. “I began helping my parents with their restaurants when I was 14 years old,” she relates. “Eventually, they opened restaurants in Michigan, Georgia and Fort Myers.”
