Shawn Purvis, a triple-district winner of the Toastmasters International Speech Contest, will present Humor: The Art of Survival workshop, at the monthly meeting of the Naples Toastmasters Academy, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., January 15, at the Bonita Springs Fire Station. Attendees will learn how to incorporate their own style of humor into their personal and professional lives.

“Anyone who has ever laughed has a sense of humor,” says Purvis. “Reproducing the humor is what takes learning.”
