Personal trainer and Certified Pilates and Gyrotonic Instructor Patricia Wilborn has relocated her Pilates—Gyrotonic—Yoga Studio of Naples next to the Naples Christian Academy, at the intersection of Golden Gate Parkway and Santa Barbara Boulevard. The classes in all of the modalities are done on machines between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. each weekday to strengthen core muscles, improve posture and increase energy levels.
