Shangri-La Springs will host two weekend Awakening Your Crystalline Experience Workshops this month presented by Lucy Pulling Finch. The first workshop takes place from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on June 8 and 9. Topics include crystal healing through the ages, and creating your sacred space and protecting yourself with crystals. The second workshop will be held at the same time on June 15 and 16 with topics that include balancing yourself with crystals, and working with energy through your hands, crystals and pendulums.

All classes feature meditation experiences and the opportunity to explore the energies of different crystals. Crystals will be provided (some free, some for sale) and attendees are welcome to bring their own plus a yoga/meditation mat if they wish. Attendees of the first workshop will receive a free set of Geometric Solids; those that attend both will get a free chakra set of crystals.
