Dr. James M. Porcelli is the new owner and onsite physician of Trim Wellness Café (TWC), in Naples. Board certified in internal medicine and age management medicine with more than 14 years of experience, he specializes in internal medicine, integrated medicine, anti-aging, hormone replacement and preventive wellness care.

Six years ago, Porcelli founded JMP Medical and began practicing in Naples. His philosophy of treating the whole patient through acute care combined with age management, hormone optimization and preventive wellness has enabled him to expand his practice into TWC’s thriving integrated medical center.

Porcelli’s medical practice will offer acute sick patient care on TWC’s second floor. Wellness patient care will be provided by Porcelli and Donna Roberts, ANRP, on the first floor.
