At its first-ever location in Southwest Florida, Phenix Salon Suites is offering private, fully furnished spaces for independent salon professionals to meet with clients. The new franchise is offering two weeks of free rent for hair stylists, barbers, nail artists, estheticians and others that reserve suites prior to its planned opening in early April at 1485 Pine Ridge Road, in Naples.

Month-to-month rental agreements are available for 31 separate suites. Equipment, insurance, credit card and laundry machines, utility costs, the ability to sell products and 24/7 access and security are provided.

Phenix Salon Suites opened 26 locations in the U.S. last year and plans to open 75 more this year. The company founders and other family members have more than 75 years of combined salon business experience.
