A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and Cornell University Management Hotel and Restaurant master’s program, Prizzi was a chef at Windows on the World, in New York City, for 17 years, and earned honors from the James Beard Foundation (she cooked for Julia Child on Child’s 65th birthday).
