Naples yoga instructor Missy Balsam, of Missy Balsam Yoga, has launched a website, MissyBalsamYoga.com, that features information on the practices of yoga, yoga nidra and kirtan and includes a community forum where individuals can share conversations about yoga, inspire each other with ideas and receive support on their path to personal growth.

“This website is a wonderful resource for yogis everywhere, not just Naples, to learn about the practices of hatha and bhakti, or devotional, yoga,” says Balsam. “I hope that the yoga community of Naples and beyond can find a place to come together and realize that we are all on the same journey.”

Balsam teaches yoga and yoga nidra classes at Children’s Montessori School, in North Naples, and performs with a local Wabi Sabi kirtan band. She hopes to educate and inspire people to open their hearts through the practices of kirtan and yoga.
